Transitioning into Fall

Happy Tuesday Kittens! I hope y’all are doing well!

It’s almost my favorite time of year..drum roll please…FALL!! I absolutely love fall; I’m so ready to hang up my sandals and grab my chunky heeled booties. I’m so ready for Moto Jackets, Berets, tights, and sweater dresses. I mean I love my  crop tops, but seriously it’s time for some Fierce Fall fashion. I’m also excited for Gamecock football, in case y’all didn’t know I’m a USC alum.

Yes! It’s finally time, where we begin to transition our summer wardrobe into our fall wardrobe. Even though it’s still technically hot in Backwards Carolina, I was determined to pull off this look, booties and all.  In this post I decided to wear a PussyCat Bow Dress, from Sweet Dirt which can be found here.  I love a PussyCat bow, whether it’s on a dress or nice blouse. I feel like it’s extremely feminine and chic, but  it also adds a bit of dramatic flair to an outfit.

I chose to accessorize my dress with a skinny black braided belt from the GAP, which can be found here.  I adore belts, because I think they add a bit of sophistication to an outfit. A way to really look put together and polished is to add a skinny belt, to your ensemble. My  black mini bag, with a cutout handle,  is from Forever21. It can also be worn as a  cross-body and it can be found here.  My mod cat-eye sunglasses are from Sweet Dirt, and they can be found here.

Lastly, my floral print booties are by Steve Madden, unfortunately they are out of stock. However, I did find a similar pair that are quite lovely, which can be found here. It’s no secret that I am a lover of floral print. If you search throughout my blog, you’ll find plenty of floral prints. I feel like it’s a really romantic print, especially in fall. You can pair a floral print dress or blouse with a Moto jacket, and you’re really playing with   hard and soft. In my opinion that’s always a great balance to strike when it comes to fashion.

I hope y’all enjoyed this post and I hope everyone has a fabulous week!
